Yes, tho its a bit more troublesome to set up, it can be done... check the SEARCH/FAQS

Careful, it can be setup, but for a lot of people it's not working correctly. It worked fine for me for a while, but my wife has a lot of issues with it nowadays. See https://community.netgear.com/t5/forums/replypage/board-id/en-arlo-features/message-id/11910
