Can Arlo Q do pictures instead of video?

I am looking into a camera resolution for a jobsite. I would put it on a Verizon wireless 4g hotspot.. I would like to use less than 10GB a month. Can Arlo do Pictures instead of video? I would like a camera that can upload a picture every 30 minutes, and I would get into live streaming from time to time

I'm not an expert on the Arlo Q, but I don't think that's possible. I'm sure others will comment on this and provide a definitive answer.

Q can be set up to only take a snapshot but only with motion detection, not on a timed basis. Since it's powered, you can subscribe to Constant Video Recording (CVR) which would allow you to scan through any time period but it's a manual process.
