Camera not recording

I have 4 cameras and 1 base station. (1) Front Door (2) Front Yard (3) Back door (4) Shop. They had all been working and recording. One of the cameras is on our front yard and was recording too much because of the street traffic. I changed it to; when detecting motion on front door then record front yard. Now my front door camera is not recording. I've read a couple of things and have already done the following.
The running man is green for the front door and is not on for the front yard.
The batteries show they are ok.
I deleted both rules for front door and front yard and added them again.

When adding the rule to record on front yard when the front door cam detects motion you also want to select it as an active rule for the mode you have set. If the running man is not green that means motion is not set to record for any rule on that camera. So you want to make sure under "modes" you have a green check mark next to each rule you want to have active for that mode.
It sounds like you want 2 rules for your Front door camera. One that has it recording motion when it detects motion and one that triggers your front yard camera to record when it detects motion. Double check the rules active for the mode you have set and let me know the results!

JamesC. I do have two rules for the front door. One that detects motion at the front door and then sets the front door camera to record and one that detects motion at the front door and sets the camera in the front yard to record.

If you have the rules set up correctly and active for the mode you have set, there must be something else causing an issue. I would suggest bringing both cameras close to the base station and power cycling them. Allow them to resync and see if you get the same results. You could also try swapping the rules and camera locations. If you're still having issues there could be a problem with the camera itself, in which case you might be better served contacting our Support Team to further validate the issue.
