As these camera's are tracked by serial number, if stolen, are they able to be tracked if connected to another base station? I am sure Netgear would not give IP address to individuals but maybe law enforcement?

To best of my knowledge, the base is locked to the reg'ed owner and can't be accessed by another unless released....
As to the cameras, the Arlos which can be sync'ed to any base are aren't locked, not sure on the Q's as they register in their own # via wifi.
