Hello
Bought Arlo in August 2016
Installed it on 2 android phones : works great
Installed it on 1 laptop and 1 PC : works great
Installed it on 1 laptop (HP Spectre) : the cameras dont show up, library works, settings show camera offline,
Fast Internet on Fibre
So far :
- tried Chrome and IE : same issue
- updated to latest Flash Player : same issue
I can<t figure this one out, any help would be appreciated

Most of the issues are Flash related... I'd concentrate checking the Flash settings.

Contact support and put in a trouble ticket.... they have more devices/OS's to test on , they may offer a solution

Are you running any security software on the affected computer? Some users have reported having issues when using security software such as Bitdefender. Temporarily disable any you may have and try again to further isolate the issue.

It appears the netgear community just recycles the problem and never offers any real solutions other than to reboot the arlo base and or camera. That is common sense. Is there true solution available for the new 2016 arlo pro app getting status and sticking on that screen. Support is sketchy at best. Should i just get a new system and drop arlo. Submitted ticket but no response for weeks. Alvin. G.
