Arlo geofencing 2 of 3 phones working

I have 3 different devices (iPhones) connected to my Arlo system. I use the Geofencing to arm and disarm my system. My Arlo system does recognise all of them as in the zone when they are at home but with the one phone it never disarms the system. Two of the three phones arm and disarm the system but the third phone does not. Any suggestions

Are the location service settings on that one device the same as the others?  Is there a difference in OS version?  Is so, what?
