Just added a third camera. I can see it on my devices but my husband cannot. He can see the first two cameras. He shows as "accepted" under "Grant Access". How can he access the third camera? He can't see it on his iphone 6s or ipad air, both running latest versions.

You need to grant him access to the third camera. So, under Grant Access, tap on his name and on the following page make sure the third camera is checked/highlighted.
