The camera is not recording any motion. For id known is have this many problems I wouldn't never bought this piece of crap.

What mode do you have your camera set to? In order for your camera to record and capture motion, the mode must contain rules that tell the camera to record upon detection motion. Take a look at this article for more information on modes: How do I create a mode to assign different actions to each camera?
