Arlo Pro VMC4030 sync problem

I have three VMC4030 cameras.  One camera “lost” connectivity to the base station. I am unable to sync that camera.  I have switched battery’s from the working cameras and successfully resynched those cameras.  Any ideas? Can I reset the camera to factory defaults?  If the camera is “dead” (although the battery full led blinks blue and sometimes the led rapidly blinks amber) will Arlo replace a 1 1/2 yr camera?

I have had my system since September of 2017. Nothing but trouble. I have not had a trouble free 6 month period since installed. Cameras intermittenyly work. THe app is forever displaying outdated alarms.  I was going to install the Audio Door bell and will be taking it back. Customer service is non existent. You have to send a camera in before the will send a replacement. I could go on and on.
