I have 4 Arlo Pros and I want to run couple of them on geofencing and 2 more on normal motion detection. Is there a way to do that?

What exactly do you want each camera doing?

Generally, you'd set up geofencing mode of Home and Away and in each mode, you'd run a custom recording mode eg Armed, disarmed or whatever you choose. Then you should set  up custom recording modes for the cameras and hopefully it'll be fine
