Arlo Not sending notifications

I am currently using Arlo and love the system.  What i don't love though is that for some reason my wife's phone won't receive notifications on motion detection.  She has set up her own account, can access the system, but while my phone receives notifications her does not.  I have created new modes, uninstalled/installed, and tried wifi or mobile.  Still no luck.  My phone has the exact same phone which is a Samsung S4 Galaxy, and if I set him up the same way he gets notification.  I have reached out to Netgear and no luck.  Hoping someone might have some suggestions:

 

Her phone is a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 Model SGH-M919 and Android version 4.4.4

Arlo version 2.1.0_12984

This could be due to the version of Android. I have tested this on a samsung galaxy S4 with android 5.0.1 and did not see this issue. Consider updating the phone to the latest available version of android.
