When I get motion alert e-mails, I can view them on my smartphone.
I receive the same e-mail alerts on my two desk top computers (windows XP and Windows 7) but they will not play. I have tried accessing those e-mail alerts using AOL as well as Internet Exployer. When I click on the link (click here), it shows as "Loading..." but nothing happens.
Can anyone provide help on this ?
Thanks

I'm not sure about what's needed when clicking on those links but it could be a Flash problem. Make sure your browser and Flash are up to date.
