I have a case for library videos not showing up on android app. I received an email two days ago stating my case has been solved with an addition of a new server.

1st, it doesn't seem plauible that a new server would solve accessing the library from an app when the web portal access is ok.

2nd, absolutely nothing has changed, which I have restated. It's disappointing that somebody in netgear is counting problems and solutions and perhaps manipulating data as solved.. it must be close to bonus time :).. sorry but it seems like this case update was sent to me to count it in another column...

3rd, I requested full portal web access from a smartphone in order to access the library now, until the app library problem is solved. Explaining that users want to 'see' those videos in the libarary while traveling and currently, unless you are traveling with a laptop, it isn't possible(ie I can't  figure out or that my case replies from netgear have pointed out).

Actually, full web access is available on a mobile device. You just have to set the mobile browser to identify itself as a desktop version. In Chrome, there's a menu selec, Request Desktop Site. Of course, the lack of Flash limits some functionality such as live view but viewing videos works fine, at least on my Android devices using Chrome. Firefox can be coaxed into using Flash but it's totally unsupported (Google it).
