All cameras are offline and have no access to them since I'm many miles away. This was the main reason I bought these things. Very poor decision to deliver a firmware upgrade while many people are still away from home.

rex67,
Do you know if the base station is offline as well? Are you aware of any power outages that may have occurred while you were away?

No it happened right after the update and my other brand camera is still working so not a power outage. Base station is offline due to firmware update too.
I understand there may be issues with each update, I just question the decision of doing it over the most popular travel season of the year when many people are away from their homes. I may like the new updates but the if it completely disables my cameras then you've stripped them of their core value. Wait till mid- January for major updates when most people are back from the holiday.
