The website to give updates on tickets is not working. When i try to go to the page, it says there’s a cloudfront error.

Have you tried on a different browser or on incognito mode if you're still this error? And do you have a screenshot that shows the error?

yes i tried with both regular and incognito browser mode with chrome on both my wireless service and home wifi. They both give the same error.
