Web Survey Not Working

Web Survey doesn't work.  It must have been programmed by the same people who program all of the arlo software and firmware.  I have made 3 attempts, but only get:

 

"An Unexpected Error has occurred.
  • Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 3E5D55B8.

    Click your browser's Back button to continue."

 

I can't find the Error Code anywhere online. I found nowhere else to report this, so I'm just going to post it here,  I just wanted to **bleep** about how my monthly subscription has almost doubled despite having no additional equipment or features.

Could you let us know which survey you are referring to?

It was a popup survey asking for feedback, the only one i have seen.  I'm sorry that i can't be more descriptive.  I thought the screenshot of the error would be helpful enough

No worries, knowing that it's the pop-up survey from this website is more than enough. I've shared this to the relevant team and they are looking into this. Thanks for letting us know.
