If you’re going to force me to get a subscription to contact customer service re: a damaged camera, I opened the camera to replace the battery & the wires broke off from the connection. Sounds like a factory defect to me but I can’t get assistance because I don’t have a subscription. Horrible customer service!!

Looking into the devices they all seem to be about 5 years old which would be out of warranty. Is this from one of those devices or was this from a newer device?
