Video captured by my Arlo Pro 2 Security Camera System. FedEx driver heaves my package containing a fragile Wedgwood porcelain plaque from waist height, about six feet against my garage door, on 2020/09/09, 2:21 PM. He then carelessly flicks an unused FedEx delivery slip on my driveway as he struts away. THANKS, FedEx!

Thanks for your input. I did send it to FedEx, and they transferred the driver to a different route. I and my packages thank Fed Ex. They were pretty responsive to my letter and video. FYI, be aware that if you ever want to contact them, they make it very difficult. No email or website contact ability. I had to write a letter to the main headquarters, but it was worth it!
