Caught on Arlo Contest Page Missing after September 2016 Contest

I waited a long time to enter Arlo's monthly video contest because I did not want a Facebook or YouTube account--initially the only way to enter the Arlo contest.  Then recently Arlo began allowing entrants to upload their videos directly onto the Caught on Arlo contest page.  Last month on the first cool day in a long time, I aimed one of my Arlo cams toward my unlocked screen door.  The camera captured an amazing video that is clearly worthy of a contest (and I could really use another camera!).  So I was thrilled that I was able to upload my 15-second video directly to the Arlo contest page for which entries were due by September 30.  I even took the time to read through the lengthy contest rules and noted that winners would be contacted and announced the first week in October.  At the beginning of October I checked the contest page, which defaulted to www.smarthomebits.com/ site.  There was no September winning video posted.

A few days ago when I checked again, the contest page would not open and ultimately timed out.  As of today, the contest link from the Caught on Arlo page defaults to www.arlo.com/en-us/--the main Arlo page.  Nowhere on the main page is a mention of the monthly contest.  I cannot even find all the past winners or any mention of the contest on ANY webpage.  A few of the videos on https://www.arlo.com/en-us/videogallery/ indicate they were previous months' winners.  And there are some Arlo Caught in the Act videos on YouTube.  

Clearly Arlo has to pick a winner for September because they had the active contest page running with due date of 09/30/16, rules, etc.  What happened to the contest link/page?  Where is the September winning video?

They are updating the forum, looks like it's very messed up as the last post dates for threads are all over the place! Plus I have a thread from a few days ago missing.

I also noticed the date problem on the forum.  Now the Videos Caught on Arlo link goes to Page Not Found (https://www.arlo.com/en-us/404_Error.aspx).  I opened a case regarding the contest.  Still awaiting a reply from Marketing.

Today they have a Caught on Arlo link that mentions nothing about winning a camera (https://www.arlo.com/en-us/video/submit.aspx).  The page simply states, "Share Your #CaughtOnArlo Video!  Send us the best moments captured on your Arlo camera and they could be featured on arlo.com and Arlo social media channels."  

While that's fine if Marketing wants to abandon the monthly free camera contest, they cannot legally renege the September 2016 contest after running the contest link through 09/30/16, with rules & regulations, deadline, notification details, etc.  Not cool.

We are currently not running the monthly contest. However, anyone who entered in the month of September and in early October will still be entered into the contest. We will reach out to the winner to notify them.

Evidently the monthly video contest (win a free camera) didn't go away.  It is back for October--entries due by 10/31/16 (http://www.smarthomebits.com/contest/?cid=ambReadyNAS).  Strangely I still cannot find a September winning video posted anywhere.  Here is what the contest rules say:  WINNER’S LIST: The names of winner will be posted on the www.arlo.com/contest website for a period of time beginning on or about 10th of the month after the end of the Contest Period.  It is now 10/17/16.  WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SEPTEMBER CONTEST???

The September and October winners have been picked and the video owners should have been (or will very shortly) be notifed. We are working on posting these videos on http://arlo.com/en-us/news/default.aspx.

The October contest entry site was active last night, and I successfully submitted 7 videos.  Now the October contest page no longer works.  I just checked the September link in your response below and am delighted but puzzled because I didn't think that particular video I submitted satisfied the rules--I submitted that video before I read them.
