when i open plan page icant find any thing only the free plan
what i do

I dunno. Maybe you're in a country that doesn't support paid subscriptions yet?

Yeah, that could very well be the reason. Wait until a moderator chips in here. I'm sure they'll explain the subscription options for your country.

I'm on holiday and bought these cameras in Malaysia and have set this up here to test it out. How can I now set it so that I am able to use the paid subscriptions when I am back in London next week? 

Should I throw these cameras in the bin then?

If you create an account and register the base station in London (where subscription plans are supported) you would then be able to utilize paid subscription plans.
