Hello

I am thinking about buy Arlo

However one thing that is keeping me from going forward

is you cloud storage

I feel it should be for 14 days

because must people go in vacation for a week

and what if you don't have internet or Data while

your gone to check the videos by the the time you come

back you get a breakin you check your video and its deleted

I don't need the elite or primium accounts for 30 day or 60day storage

any ideas?

Please let me know

Thank you

I think they  sell   ( and show rates for monthly access ) by the month.... if going away buy 30 day service for a month. Cheap insurance.

Or have a friend access your account ( free version does allow a friend to log in )

Good morning Samgamb,

We agree that being able to review your content after returning from a 7 to 10 day vacation is important. In addition to what Tommac stated, your recorded content gets moved to the recycle bin after 7 days where it will remain for an additional 7 days. You can temporarily restore the content from the recycle bin to your library enabling you review it and/or download it to your local storage device if needed.

Thank you for your post!

Best Regards,

Christine

how do i access my videos that are stored in the cloud.

I have the elite subscription and my videos from last week are not available so i am hoping to access them from the cloud.

Is their a phone number that I can call for support?

Using a web browser, log in and view the library. On the left, underneath the calendar, click on Recycle Bin. Select the day(s) you need on the right and choose whatever videos you want. Now, click on Restore at the top right. The selected videos are now back in your viewable library and can be downloaded, viewed, whatever you desire.
