I am a vuezone user and ordered the Arlo system over the weekend through Netgear.  Unfortunately, aside from the initial order confirmation I haven't received any updates.

 

i sent an email Tuesday evening requesting order status and still nothing.

 

does anyone know if there is a number I can call or ??
