Hello, I have the Elite plan, 1 base unit, and 8 cameras; all for outdoor right now. I'm thinking of buying another 4 to 6 cameras for full outdoor coverage, and then to add on with some indoor units over the course of the summer.
The description of maximum number of base units and cameras is not clear.
1. 15 cameras total, period?
2. Or more than 15 cameras, but only up to 15 on one single base unit?
2a. If #2 above is true, then that means I could have up to 3 base units with up to 15 cameras on each for a total of 45 cameras, yes?
Hah, imagine THAT battery bill.

It's pretty clear in in subscription list
60 Days of Cloud Recording
(Up to 100 GB Cloud Storage)
Up to 15 cameras Up to 3 Base Stations Unlimited Support
So your limit is 3 bases and 15 cameras TOTAL ( if you need more than 15 cameras you have to run a second account )
The three bases tho do allow you to have a larger area of coverage or more than one location of coverage on the same account.

A base station doe do one other thing quite well. Saves you money if you need to add 4 cameras to an existing system. With this kit you get 4 cameras at about a 25% discount compared to individual priced units, and you also get a monopod, worth 30$ if purchased separately. Even if you put the second base unit in a closet, you're still ahead.

Thank you for taking the time. But no, it was NOT clear, not completely
I was looking at the info ( available ) to subscribers, so maybe the info could be clearer to the new buyer

Josereyes,
Welcome to the community! Yes, the Elite Plan will support up to 3 base stations and 15 cameras. These base stations and cameras can be in any location you like and will be viewable from a single account subscribing to Elite. For more information take a look at the following article:
What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud storage is available?
Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
