can i have 10 cameras (wih 2 base stations) in 2different locations on my same account and see them all together?

It's the 10 cameras that makes the difference. The answer is yes but you'll need to have a paid subscription to do so since 5 cameras is the limit for free. The alternative is to split the systems into 5 cameras each with a separate email assigned to each system. That way you can still have the free service with the disadvantage of having to switch accounts to check on them.
