NETGEAR does not encourage the use of the Arlo Q/Q plus outside as it is not a weatherproof device. Outside use could result in the camera being damaged and will void the warranty.
Consider taking a look at the Arlo Wire-free system that is designed for outdoor use.

No they don't.... you'll have to come up with something on you own if doing so.
Just remember the IR illuminators will reflect off of the glass and wash out the picture so the camera can't be behind glass with them on.
