Hi,
I'm looking at purchasing an Arlo system for my home. Presently I dont have internet at the house as it is in a rural area and the house is being refurbished. Can Arlo record to a DVR or computer instead of uploading to the internet? That would allow me to view videos upon returning ome. I understand doing this would prevent me from viewing video from my phone while away. At this point I'm more concerned with security recording than convenience.
Thank you
Roger

Sorry, there is no option for any local recording... all recordings go to the cloud first but can be d/l'ed from there later at anytime within the storage term of you plan.

The fact that it has no option to locally record is a showstopper. How many sales do you think you guys have lost due to this?
The cloud is not the solution to everything as a lot of CIO's / CEO's think. It can actually contribute to your problems.
