I just ordered the Arlo upgrade to replace my Vuezone system a couple days ago and it has not shipped yet. However, this evening I went to check my front door on my iPad and none of my cameras are working in my old Vuezone system. I restarted my base, but they still will not connect and are out of service. Why would they disconnect this system before my new system arrives. The letter said they would wait 21 days.

I also have ordered my upgrade. Today one of my VueZone base stations disconnected twice. I didn't think much about it because it has been flakey for a couple of months. But then my other station disconnected. All cameras reconnected after I restarted the base stations and they have not disconnected in several hours. Most likely a fluke.
Also I have another question. When I set up my Arlo account, should I use my existing Netgear (not VueZone) account?

When setting up your Arlo system for the first time any email (that does not currently have an Arlo account registered) may be used to complete the New System Setup process.
Please follow the instructions in your Quick Start guide when you receive your system. If you need any additional assistance, please ask, we would be happy to help.

Agreed... the new Arlo are so much better than the Vuezone cameras. Went thru the up/downs of the vuezone systems too.
But I will also say that the Arlo can be a bit tricker to get a good working trigger event compared to the old units. But if you take your time, the Arlos will give better results overall.
