I was double billed for the cloud services of 99.00 less than a month apart and now that I am trying to get a credit the support person is telling me I need to send them copies of my statement.

Hello tjnorths,
We have received information that the system automatically sent you an invoice on the next billing cycle day (1 month from the date of purchase) instead of when the purchase payment posted due to a posting error during the original payment process. It does not appear the system actually posted a payment but rather re-sent the original receipt. We recommend double checking your billing statement to confirm our finding are correct. Our engineering team is working to correct this issue and ensure the system sends the invoice on the day the payment posts.
If you find that you were actually billed twice please let us know and we will investigate this issue further. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
