The internet light was yellow earlier. I tested the connection using my laptop and it was working fine. I thought the device was brokem but few minutes later the internet light became green. But the device status still shows offline. I saw other people experiencing the same issue. It'll be great if Arlo support can confirm if there's indeed a service issue.

Same here, web interface gives "unexpected error". Arlo service should have a "all systems operations" dashboard to indicate live status ...

Are you still experiencing this issue? I have not been able to replicate any issues with the web client.

It's working now. It appeared the service recovered after a couple of hours. But can Netgear announce any outage in the future? It'll be helpful if customers are able to find out service status so we won't need to spend hours debugging the issue in the future.
