Ok so what is going on with the certificate and insane amount of IP changes? Why aren’t our devices targeting DNS names or are they and we can’t see that on our firewall? I haven’t tried wireshark or anything but my device doesn’t seem to be doing DNS lookups. If it is the responses are all over the map. Shouldn’t a load balancer insure that we only connect to one IP address or is the backend programming not capable of that? I’ve worked for a Fintech and I’ve seen where we used tons of /24 and even /22 public IP blocks because the code didn’t want to use a single IP to work correctly.

End of the day, Arlo stating that the certificate still needs to be changed to reflect the accurate one is confusing. Why hasn’t this been fixed or is it not actually broken? I’m very confused and I can open my own support ticket but I have the same tech the OP has so whatever his answer is will be mine.
