The Tenergy li-ions cells you mention wil ONLY work in the original ARLO CAMERA

The PRO and the GO cameras take two different sized battery pack ( like a cube )

If you have the VMS3430 as per your title, then yes, the Tenergy batteries are recommended for the Arlo cameras
