website logs me out

The camera is completely set up and works on 2 other computers and the app works fine.

 

The laptop at the household where the camera is based has problems when on the website.

when you log into the website to view the camera, libray etc it logs you out after 5-10 minutes.

 

'you may be logged in on another tab, please close the tab before continuing. you may want to restart your browser or clear your cookies before loging in again.'

 

this same message comes up when we load up the website through google chrome, internet explorer and Aol. but only when using the laptop has this problem, two seperate computers work fine as well as the app.

 

we did everything said and still doesnt work. We connect the laptop to a different wifi signal at a different location and the same message appears, 

the laptop has no other issues or virus's etc and works fine apart from the website.

 

Any advice?

The app and web page will automatically log you out after inactivity (I thought it was more like 30 minutes but may well be wrong) but that doesn't explain the message.  You can try clearing the browsers' caches to see if that helps. The message implies another device or browser has accessed the site - is there any chance that is happening?
