web works cant find on ipad

It used to work.  I changed routers (and states) I can see my camaras on the web app but that ipad tells me I need to set it up as if dfromscratch and then wont find the base unit.  I am loggin in with the same name and pwd.. what might be wrong?

 

I reinstalled the ios app but no luck.. any thoughts?

If the PC web is working fine , the problem lies with the ios version.

 

Delete the app from the ios, reboot the phone./device via the power button , re-install the app from the apple store.
