for 3 days now I cannot access my cameras

when I try to forget my password it says a server with the spesific hostname could not be found

can someone help?

Are you using the web client (Chrome, Firefox) or the mobile app (iOS, Android) to attempt to access your account?

Have you tried both? Do you see the same error message?
