unexplained reason for a thread/post locked - Arlo support?

hi all,

 

does anyone know why a thread might get locked??

I just noticed we can no longer post/edit things here, ... can't see any reason or note on it. Then when I search for the thread, I see a little "locked" icon on it ... no reason!

 

Is this normal?
