unable to delete favourites

I can't even scroll to the previous month to look for my favourites in order to delete them.  I've read all the blogs and nothing works.   Please help. 

I have a number 1 stuck on 2 cameras that I can't get rid of!

Welcome to the community! Have you tried clicking the Delete All Files button under Settings and Subscription. I realize this will not delete favorites but if they are no longer in your library these videos may have already been deleted but did not purge correctly from the server. Please let me know if after clicking the Delete All Files button this fixes the library notification you are getting on the cameras page.
