unable to claim device

i am trying to set up my arlo pro camer system. when i try to login i get unable to claim this device. i called support thet said that there is a problem with my router set up. the signal coming in is fine. there is conflict within the router. i called my internet provider they tryed to clear the issues up. they added a second login adress. this is on a different frequincey than the other. this still didn't fix the issue. how do i check and clear up any issues within the router.

What is the LED behavior on the base station (Power and Internet LED).

 

When going through New System setup, the device you are using must be on the same network as the base station. Be sure the setup device is on the same network and try again.

Dont know how to go the arlo netgear started have att account but they say they don't the app for this equipment!! So how i get this home
