I am receiving a message that says "we are unable to claim this device,. To get help, please contacting us later and Arlo is currently unavailable" I have had this device since it was brand new. I just changed the batteries and now i have this problem.

Are you logging into your app/browser using the proper credentials? I haven't heard of this before, only when folks are trying a new install of apparently previously used equipment.

Contact Netgear support... it may be the unit is claimed under another account...It can only be cleared by Netgear.
