I moved my base station after having it fully functional with four cameras. When I plugged it back in and tried to joined "My Arlo", a message would not let me join saying I was using a different device even though I was using the same computer that I originally used.

I now have the power, internet and camera buttons green after using factory reset, but I still keep getting rejected when I try to access My Arlo. Can someone help me with this?

If you already have an account, you can't join again with the same details. You'll want to login instead of join
