I moved my base station after having it fully functional with four cameras.  When I plugged it back in and tried to joined "My Arlo", a message would not let me join saying I was using a different device even though I was using the same computer that I originally used.  

I now have the power, internet and camera buttons green after using factory reset, but I still keep getting rejected when I try to access My Arlo.  Can someone help me with this?
