two arlo cameras and base netgear base station; got message "arlo device is offline" batteries ok, attmept to sync negative, power and internet light lit on base station, cameras will not sync, camera blinks blue then amber but no sync

Are you pressing the base sync button too long? Only use a short (<1 second) press.
