timestamp on arlo - is it when video started or ended?

Hello,

Have a question. When Arlo records a video on motion, does the timestamp reflect when the video was started? Or when it was finished? So if I recorded a minute video, does the timestamp correlate to when the video begins. Or is it representing the end of the video. Needed for a court case. Thanks!

From what I can tell, it's the beginning of the recording.
