spurious alerts from Arlo system when just viewing one of my cameras?

I have a 2 base station configuration each in a different physical location. Max cameras are being utilized. When I log in remotely to view thru cameras, I often get spurious email alerts from one of the other cameras on that particular base station? This never happened before and seems to be very consistent now? Has anyone else had this problem? Everything else seems to be working just fine

IllinoisPete,

 

Consider rebooting your base station using the on-off button. Do you still experience the same behavior after the reboot?
