serial number is not autopopulating - now what?

Hello kg,

 

Have you been able to get this resolved? If not, can I have more information from you? Were you having this issue at the time of the initial setup?

This is the initial set up. My Netgear box is connected to the Internet and my 3 cameras are synced to the Netgear box, but I can't register my product because Netgear support does NOT recognize my Netgear serial box serial number.

The ARLO App on my cell phone doesn't recognize my email address. I did register my email address with Netgear. But now I can't register my ARLO system because Netgear doesn't recognize the 12 digit serial number of my ARLO Netgear box.

Because you are working with a mobile device, it is important to note that your mobile device must be connected to the same network as the base station in order for the base station serial number to be recognized. Please take a look at the following article to further troubleshoot this issue.
