Need support number to help with my re-furbished device . Does anybody have this number ?

Well, there is a number you can call and I have had numerous conversations that seem to be with Phillipine (perhaps ?) staff that are handling any enquiries. Have yet to get any response from Netgear regarding a resolution to this problem that seems to be with people like myself that have purchased a refurbished unit that is "unable to claim device". Seems to be the problem needs a fix at Netgears end and there is nothing that we can do in the meantime ?
