"Friend" under Grant Access still can't sync to any devices

So, no issues with anything until one of the camera's batteries died. Went to swap out the batteries now all of a sudden I can login and do everything just fine, however, my husband, who has ALWAYS been linked up since we bought them, can't even connect to the base station. 

 

I've done everything, hard factory reset, removed everything, set it up like a brand new setup, unlinked my account, nothing.  Been trying for hours.

If you reset completely and started fresh, I'd think you would also need to set up Grant Access again.  If you can access the system normally, it would appear to the guest account that's the issue.
