How do file a comlpaint against tech support. They intentionally sent me a bogus Paypal link to pay for service but when i asked why it was not a payment to Arlo they said Oh, let me try another payment option. Then they tried to deceive me into giving the full access to my phone by using a link called AnyDesk. When i realized what they were doing i refused them access. They proved to be untrustworthy to say the least. Please Help!

There is a lot of fraudulent website and links pretending to be Arlo. If you googled support the chance that it was a scam is very high. Do you have a screenshot of the website or where you accessed support that you can DM me with?

The most reliable way to contact Arlo Tech support is via this community forum or via the arlo.com website. There are too many scammers that come up if you Google Arlo Tech support.

It his highly unlikely that you contacted genuine genuine Arlo tech support.
