Hello,

Could you tell us what is the input voltage and electic current of this camera VMC3030? I want to buy a 12v 1.5amp switching power supply adapter to use with it to replace the batterry pack. Do you think it accessible or do you have any other recomendations or manufacture adapter I can purchase?

I do know that the four batteries work 2x2 in parallel so 6-7 V not 12 V.

Isnt using rechargeables a better direction to go or a cam that runs off a mains.  Messing with power input will surely void your warranty I suspect.

6 volt for starters since the cameras use the batteries as two sets of 2, switching back and forth to get best battery life.
