First let me say to get to  starting a new message, your instructions are as follows...

"Post a new question by selecting a discussion title and clicking the 'New Message' button"

I did not locate the New Message button the way your stating.

While playing back a video when there is something moving in the video (as I walk past the camera) the video rips apart. This happens day or night.  And I might add that this has not happened in older recordings, the ripping effect just started.

Please take a look at the attached video. Is there a wau to correct this? it's sort of reminds me older films when over heated the film would start to melt..

Please help.

I am using a windows 10 pc and firefox

Thanks guys

Jim

That does happen on occasion.  Does it happen on every video?

More often than not...  However it happens mostly on one camera.

If able , switch with another camera and see if the problem follows the camera or it's the location.

( sometimes weak signal or inference can cause this ,sometimes I think the its server connection)
