package stolen video not there

How can I have a package delivered, have the video, then a video of us coming home but not a video of the person stealing the package before we got home?

It can depend on the angle of "attack" as well as the speed. The motion has to be detectable. Without knowing how it was approached and removed, there's no telling. A different camera position/angle might help in the future. Post a screenshot for suggestions.
