one of the cameras is not working and not connecting to the base

Bought arlo yesterday (3 cameras) and  the camera was working perfectly, today I received a notification that there is an issue with one of them in connection so I took off the batteries restarted the system and nothing for the camera (blink once blue then nothing) I have 3 cameras and the other two are working perfectly.

Remove the camera in Settings and resync it.  Did that help?
